“Chibi’ means in Japanese very small or ‘cute’. The chibitoro is the smaller version of the jointed Fuwatoro series and is perfect for down-sizing when the trout are very picky. The recommended action is ultra-slow retrieve or even just cast and wait until the fish take the bait from the surface (like ‘dry fly’ flyfishing).
